For psychologists

All your sessions in one place. More of them show up.

Regulars booked by you, week after week, new clients from your link if you open it — one diary for all of it. Every session is confirmed and reminded by text, in words that say nothing about what it is, so the hour is kept and the chair is not empty.

No card needed. Set up in minutes.

A psychologist's week: sessions and a couples session, each regular at their usual hour
The practice's booking page: only the initial consultation is offered online

The same hour, every week

Book a regular once — Mondays at ten until December — and every session is in the diary, each kind in its own colour, with ten minutes after each one kept for your notes.

  • Weekly or fortnightly, until a last day you choose
  • A clash with anything already booked shown before you confirm
  • Lunch and days off kept free; nothing lands in them
A Thursday: two sessions done, two to come, and the lunch hour kept free

Who is next, and what is still owed

Today lists the day's sessions in order: done and paid, the one coming up, and the client who has missed before — then closes each one in a tap.

  • Taken today and this week, at the top
  • Cash, card or a payment link, recorded against the session
  • A missed session marked, and undone if you were wrong

Or book them in yourself

An ongoing client is yours to book: pick them, the session and the hour, and repeat it weekly until a last day. Every date is checked against the diary before any of them is written.

  • Repeat weekly or fortnightly until a last day
  • A date that clashes is shown and skipped, or booked anyway if you say so
  • End the series early, or just this one, when things change

Only what you choose is bookable online

Mark the initial consultation as bookable and nothing else: a new client picks a free hour from your link, pays if you ask them to, and the ongoing work never shows on a public page.

  • Each service bookable online, or only through you
  • The notice you need before a first appointment, and how far ahead
  • Card at booking for the first consultation, if you want it

Texts that say nothing

You write the wording. A confirmation and a reminder that name the day and the hour and not the appointment — a text anyone could read over a shoulder.

  • Your own words for confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations
  • A link to move or cancel, up to the cut-off you set
  • Nothing sent overnight

They move it, within your rules

The link in every text lets a client move or cancel until the cut-off you choose — 24 hours, 48 hours. Past it, the link offers your number instead.

Notes kept where only you can read them

Session notes are encrypted and readable only inside your practice — never in a text, an email or an export you did not ask for. The rest of the record is there too: every session, payment, receipt and missed appointment.

  • A note written in the room, or added afterwards as an addendum
  • A record exported or erased when a client asks
  • Found by half a name or a few digits of a phone
